SMHC’s trained mental health professionals are available 24 hours a day to help when life's problems become unmanageable.
Our Behavioral Health Services Unit – located on the west wing of the hospital's fourth floor – offers traditional services combined with innovative approaches to recovery. Care and treatment are provided by professionals in a home-like setting that offers the support and resources needed for a sccessful return to community living.
In addition to the familiar inpatient unit, we also provide a new Partial Hospital Program for individuals in need of intensive treatment but not in need of an overnight, inpatients stay.
